Blind Welfare Project
 

The Trust is working on a unique project since October, 2012 in which Blinds are provided with breakfast and articles of utility on the second Sunday of every month from 7.00-9.00 a.m. at the premises of Shri Banke Bihari Mandir, 65-Block, New Rohtak Road, Delhi. In addition, every blind person is also provided a packet containing items of daily utility such as pulses, rice, sugar, biscuits, soap, blanket, towel, sweater, thermals, utensils etc. Every month around 200-250 blinds from different places gather to take benefit of this noble activity/ service of the Trust.

Around Rs 25,0000- 30,000 is spent every month on this activity with the help of our R.C.S.D. Dharmarth Trust and also some other Trusts like B.D. Charitable Trust, R.C.S.D. Foundation for Education, Sanjay Sachdeva Welfare Trust etc. Some generous individual donors are also taking interest in this activity by contributing in cash and kind every month. Some of such donors are: Sh. Ashwini Sarna, Sh. Rajender Gupta, Sh. Surendra Khanna, Sh. M.S. Walia, Sh. Jhawar Mal Jain, Sh. Mahesh Seth, Sh. O.P.Malik, Sh.S.C. Jain, Sh.
